The prerequisite for effective claims management is seamless cooperation between the claimant and us. Many tasks that used to be tedious can now be automated. We have a debt collection module with which all relevant information can be processed automatically. For example, data from accounting can be read seamlessly into our system in a structured form. In these cases, the assertion of small claims is then also possible effectively and at an acceptable cost (not free of charge, and not based on success).
