Real Estate / Property tax advice

We advise and support in the preparation of accounting and all necessary tax returns for property companies, property management companies and homeowners' associations (WEGs). In doing so, we examine sales tax issues and monitor changes, for example with regard to the sales tax-free portion. We also examine necessary changes and reports in accordance with Section 15a UStG when circumstances change.

In the case of restructuring, we examine not only the income and sales tax effects but also real estate transfer tax risks and structuring options. We also support the sale of your property, whether as an asset deal or share deal, and prepare tax reports on tax structures.
